PRIVACY INFORMATION

Privacy policy

We explain which data we receive through the form and how the website's privacy settings work.

Data controller and contact

The personal data controller is Call Center Pro Konrad Kwiatkowski, which operates the Your Team in Poland brand. For data-related matters, email hello@yourteaminpoland.com. Contact address: Al. Wolności 50B, Częstochowa, Poland.

Contact form

When you submit the form, we receive the contact details, company information and enquiry you provide. We use them to respond and discuss the scope of cooperation. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot respond without the required fields. Messages are delivered through OVHcloud email. A copy of each correctly completed submission is also stored in a protected panel on our server, independently of analytics consent. The panel also shows email delivery status and is accessible only to authorised people. We do not sell this data.

Legal basis and retention

We handle enquiries to take steps before entering into a contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest in business correspondence. We retain data for the time needed to handle the matter and subsequently for the period necessary to defend against potential claims. Access is limited to authorised people and providers necessary to operate the website and email.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Browser storage remembers your language choice and consent settings. Analytics is disabled by default. When enabled, our local module counts page views and events as daily totals, without form content, email addresses or visitor identifiers. We also use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager only with analytics consent. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies to measure visits, traffic sources and website events. We do not send form content, names, phone numbers or users' email addresses to Google. You may refuse or withdraw consent through the privacy settings. Marketing scripts are not currently used.
